Transforming care for older people in our community

Keeping an Active Body: Engaging in therapeutic activities can have a profound impact on overall wellbeing. Our programmes are designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental health, allowing everyone to live a fulfilling and enriched life.

Keeping an Active Mind: Caring for those with memory loss requires sensitivity and expertise. Our specialised dementia service offers a safe and supportive environment, providing individuals and their families with the resources they need.

Sensory Support: As we age, we can be affected by sensory impairment which can impact on our quality of life. Our team members can support with making appointments and referrals for aids and adaptations to make life easier. If you require any further support, we can signpost you in the right direction. We also host Leeds Sensory Service every quarter. Please speak to one of our team for more information.

Additional Support: We offer a subsidised hot kosher lunch, Monday – Friday at the MAZCC. A transport services is also available to help you to get to and from our 35+ weekly activities.

Looking after your future: We are here to support you as your care needs change.  We offer help and advice to guide you through the process of identifying potential funding for your care. If you return home after a hospital stay we can help ensure your home is safe and, if needed, appropriate care and support can be put in place. We can also support you and your loved ones in exploring local residential or care homes that meet your needs, preferences and funds. When settled, we can help you maintain those important connections to the community.

Our team

Through investing in more staff, more services and more activities we can help people cope with the increasing needs and issues often faced by people as they get older. Working closely with clients, their families, friends and, if required, other health and social care professionals, we support people to make informed choices about their lives based on their wishes and what is right for them.

We offer fulfilling career opportunities for dedicated caregivers. Visit our Vacancies Page to explore current openings and learn more about becoming a part of our compassionate community.
