Would you like to join one of North Leeds’ most established Social Care charities which positively changes lives and helps hundreds of people each year?   We are looking for a dedicated Finance Assistant who wants to help us make a difference to our service and the clients we support.

As part of the finance team you will support the financial function with reconciliations including; client accounts, projects, asset, bank and investment accounts on a monthly basis.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers wishing to use the cash office facilities at the Community Centre and will assist in dealing with cash and online payments for sales invoicing, petty cash reimbursements, client account cash transactions etc. Experience and cash handling skills are essential.

You will support the finance team generally as and when require and must possess excellent IT skills and be extremely customer focused. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and have a hands-on approach to customer service across the organisation.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Care Services Trainer who will be joining a supportive HR team where no two days are the same.

Applications are welcome from candidates who have the appropriate skills in a Health and Social Care setting and have knowledge of Health and Social Care. You will be passionate about delivering the highest level of training to learners and you will have a real commitment to passing on your skills and expertise to the next generation of healthcare staff or improving the skills of existing staff, enabling them to progress and inspire others.

The role will also include assessment of competence within the workplace and supporting learners to collect evidence for the achievement of the Care Certificate.

You will have Level 3 Qualification or above in Health & Social Care and Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS) or equivalent or a willingness to undertake this. You will also have excellent time management and communication skills to enable you to support learners.
