Elizabeth Bradbury – Chief Executive

Liz is a highly qualified and experienced Director and Board level executive within public, charity, faith and independent sector organisations. Liz has over twenty years experience in social, education and health service and her heart lies in supporting people to achieve their potential. Liz feels honoured and blessed to hold the position of CEO at the LJWB and is committed to supporting our community.
Outside of work Liz loves to spend time with her nephews and niece, is just a little bit besotted with her Persian cat ‘Percival’ and has a reputation of making great cakes which she tries not to eat too many of!

Tracy Bickler –Community Engagement & Inclusion Manager

Tracy has had an extensive career in PR and Marketing in both the commercial and charity sectors stretching back over twenty five years. She is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive and safe environment for people to overcome their personal challenges and she is delighted to be innovating and developing LJWB’s community engagement & inclusion services .
Tracy devotes any spare time to her four children (two still at home), trying to keep out of the kitchen and attempting to keep fit, slowly!

Clayton Moore – Community Support Services Operations Manager

Clayton has been in social care for 24 years and has lots of experience in various sectors including local authority commissioning and private sector business development. This is his first time he has worked for a charity and is enjoying it greatly and is meeting his strong belief in making every contact count and making a real difference to people. Clayton manages our community support services who deliver one to one and wrap around services to our community. Clayton has 3 grown up children and enjoys filling any spare time with DIY projects at home.

Julie Blundell – Quality Assurance And Practice Improvement Manager

Julie has worked in the voluntary sector throughout her career, with her experience gained from working for working for both small local and large national charities. She has worked with a wide range of people, from babies, young children and families to older people, including those with learning disabilities. Julie is deeply committed to ensuring services delivered by LJWB are of the highest quality, meet the needs of people who access them and have a real and positive impact on their lives.
As Quality Assurance and Practice Improvement Manager, Julie and her team ensure our services are compliant, safe and effective, and delivered by skilled staff teams.
Outside of work Julie loves travelling and trying out new and different foods– invariably trying to recreate dishes on return home, which are much appreciated by her family!

Cate Tracey – Head of Finance and Facilities

Cate provides senior leadership across LJWB’s support functions.
An established FD, with an accomplished extensive track record of over twenty five years senior leadership experience and delivery, fifteen of which are from within the charity sector, prior to which Cate held senior posts within the commercial sector.
Cate leads the following areas:
 Finance
 Health & Safety
 Facilities
 Human Resources

Tracie Harrison – Fundraising Manager

Tracie has worked within income generation for over 10 years and has experience of all areas of fundraising, with a particular focus on corporate fundraising, individual giving and major gifts fundraising.
Before joining LJWB, Tracie worked for charities in the healthcare and arts sectors and has been a senior manager for the past four years.
Tracie is passionate about providing excellent supporter care and stewardship and wants supporters to feel that their contribution is making a real difference to lives.
In her spare time, Tracie likes to organise family events, socialise with friends and keep fit.
