We are looking for passionate and dedicated Senior Support Workers who want to help us make a difference to our service users in our learning disability service.
You will undertake a wide range of key tasks which will include assisting residents with personal care, cooking, domestic duties, going out and having fun. As a key worker you will work closely with our service users and help them to develop and achieve their personal support plans.
You will be required to work any five days out of seven, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank holidays. You will also be required to undertake sleep in duties, for which an additional allowance is paid.
You will need excellent communication skills, be willing to be flexible and attend training.
