Community Support

We support people to stay independent, active and lead fulfilling lives

Our Community Care services offer practical and emotional support for people:

  • With learning difficulties
  • With mental health problems
  • Who are lonely and isolated
  • Who have physical and sensory disabilities
  • Experiencing difficulties around finance and housing
  • With family or relationship breakdown
  • Suffering abuse

We encourage independent living through wellbeing activities, through domiciliary care and socialisation, through personal development, counselling services, through education and employment and through volunteering. Stone Court, our independent living facility, provides 12 places for peole with mental health problems. Our Lottery Funded Neshama Works Project successfully places service users into employment, education and training.
