Elizabeth Bradbury – Chief Executive

Liz is a highly qualified and experienced Director and Board level executive within public, charity, faith and independent sector organisations. Liz has over twenty years experience in social, education and health service and her heart lies in supporting people to achieve their potential.  Liz feels honoured and blessed to hold the position of CEO at the LJWB and is committed to supporting our community.

Outside of work Liz loves to spend time with her nephews and niece,  is just a  little bit besotted with her Persian cat ‘Percival’ and has a reputation of making great cakes which she tries not to eat too many of!

Tracy Bickler – Community Engagement & Inclusion Manager

Tracy has had an extensive career in PR and Marketing in both the commercial and charity sectors stretching back over twenty five years.  She is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive and safe environment for people to overcome their personal challenges and she is delighted to be innovating and developing LJWB’s community engagement & inclusion services . 

Tracy devotes any spare time to her four children (two still at home), trying to keep out of the kitchen and attempting to keep fit, slowly!

Emily Smith – Finance Manager 

Emily is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years’ experience and a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance.  As Finance Manager, Emily is responsible for all aspects of financial planning and management at LJWB and is supported by the Finance Team.  Her role includes the production of the management accounts, statutory accounts and budgets to assist in the efficient and effective running of LJWB.

Emily’s spare time is spent with her two young sons, getting outdoors and running.

Meirav Sasson – Income Generation Manager

Meirav is a qualified and experienced charity fundraiser and income generator first in her native Israel, and, for the past 9 years in the UK.    She is passionate about innovation and social justice and is always looking at further diversification of income streams in support of new innovative services. 

The mother of two daughters, Meirav loves eating and cooking all types of food, and is training to go from couch potato to ½ marathon runner this year!  She dislikes things in life that are slow or messy.

Angela Smith – Head of Community Care

Angela has an extensive background in housing, health & social care.  She has considerable experience of community involvement and, in particular, supporting people with significant need.  A South Yorkshire lass, she is new to Leeds and LJWB and is looking forward to developing and enhancing our services.

In her spare time Angela enjoys jewellery making, running and chasing after her two naughty little dogs, Poppy and Lily.  She dislikes hearing about any sort of suffering to people or animals.
